  19. I have a question about ASK.  I am writing an MS-Kermit 
  20. script which prompts
  21. the user to enter a filename, so I "ASK" for it.  No problem
  22. there.  But I would like to be able to detect if the user merely
  23. hits the ENTER key without typing anything else in first.

  25. There is probably an obvious answer.  I have looked all over &
  26. experimented with no success.  I am a new user of Kermit, hence I
  27. am working from .HLP, .UPD, and .BWR while waiting for my copy
  28. of "the book" to arrive.

  30. Can someone please help? (Examples appreciated)
